Andrea D. Markley

A memorial mass for Andrea D. Markley, 49, of Granville will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at The Church of St. Edward the Confessor, 785 Newark-Granville Road, in Granville with Msgr. Paul P. Enke as celebrant.  The family will receive friends prior to the service from 11 A.M. to 1 P.M. in the gathering space at the church.

Andrea passed away Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at her home. She was born in 1968 in Davenport, Iowa to Andy Lenaghan and Kathleen Saelens.

Andrea attended Eastern Michigan University and was a member of St. Edward’s Church.

A very loving and kind person, Andrea enjoyed playing tennis and spending time with her three canine and one favorited feline companions.

In addition to her parents, surviving are her husband, Brent Markley, whom she married in 1999; son, Michael Dohring; step children, Zach Markley, Annie Markley, Charlotte Ansley, and Will Markley; grandchildren, Reece and Emma Markley, and Callan Ansley; brothers, Aaron, Mark, Andy, and Eamonn,Lenaghan and Jeb and Nick Saelens; and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Licking County Humane Society, 825 Thornwood Dr., Heath, OH 43056.
