Broadway, Granville with Pastor Jim Gau officiating. The committal will be held prior the memorial service at 9:00 A.M. inside the chapel at Forest Lawn Cemetery, 5600 E. Broad St, in Columbus.

Chip, a project manager for Skanska Construction, died Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at Arlington Care Center in Newark. He was born in London, OH to the late Benjamin and Roberta "Bobbi" (Wilson) Penn. A long-time rugby player, Chip also enjoyed football and was an ardent fan of the Cleveland Browns and O.S.U. Buckeyes. He loved to run and shared his enthusiasm for snow skiing with his children, frequenting the slopes in WV, MD, and Colorado. Chip also traveled extensively in the US and abroad with his wife before starting their family enriching their relationship and accumulating a lifetime of memories.
