A memorial service celebrating the life of Colton Lance Angus, 4, of Utica, will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday June 6, 2014 at First Presbyterian Church, 110 W. Broadway in Granville with Rev. Janice Hilkerbaumer as celebrant. A private graveside service will be held at Maple Grove Cemetery in Granville.
Colton died June 1, 2014 from an accidental drowning. He was born December 11, 2009 in Newark to loving parents Chris and Sasha (Sorsdal) Angus.
Quite the ornery one, Colton will always be remembered as the sweetest boy in the world. He loved his family dearly. His favorite hobbies included "free for all' wrestling with his brothers, fishing, hunting, taking selfies, playing in the woods, and eating peanut butter on anything at any time.
In addition to his parents, Colton is survived by his brothers, Treven and Bridon; grandparents, Dale and Rita Angus, and Sherry Sorsdal; great grandmothers, Ruth Burgoon and Ann Mullens; many aunts, uncles, and cousins; and special buddy, Jaydan.
