Miss Smalley died February 13, 2010 at Mount Vernon Developmental Center in Mt. Vernon, Ohio. She was born July 27, 1939 in Ironton, Ohio to the late James Conley and Beulah (Dalton) Smalley.
Surviving are he sister and brother-in-law, Ada S. and Adam Bors of Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
