Edna Eileen Skivington

A private graveside service was held for Edna Eileen Skivington, 90, of Granville, at Maple Grove Cemetery in Granville.
Eileen died Sunday, June 12, 2011 at Odyssey Hopsice in Columbus. She was born January 28, 1921 in Athens to the late Howard and Ardith Hendershot Byerly.
A member of First Presbyterian Church in Granville, Eileen taught Sunday School and was the church's secretary for 25 years. She was a life-long artist working with oils to create landscapes and covered bridges.
Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, Keith L. and Jacki Skivington of West Palm Beach, FL; grandsons, Joshua, Joel, and Jerry Skivington; and great-grandchildren, Annie, Victoria, Gage, and Jolie Skivington.
In addition to her parents, Eileen was preceded in death by her daughters, Kimberly Ann Skivington and Kay Lynn Skivington; brother, Paul Byerly; and sister, Jean Henderly.
