A private graveside service for Elizabeth Rose Huston, 69, of Newark, will be held in Maple Grove Cemetery, Granville with Pastor Greg Robbins and Pastor Jeff Smith officiating.
Mrs. Huston passed away Sunday, June 1, 2008 at Licking Memorial Hospital in Newark. She was born October 5, 1938 in Newark to the late John M. and Mary (Mitchell) Craig.
Elizabeth was a devoted member of Heath Church of Christ where she was active in XYZ Senior Ministry. She also enjoyed traveling to Holmes county and spending time there.
Surviving are her husband, Lewis C. Huston, Jr., whom she married November 29, 1985; sons and daughters-in-law, Earl D. and Barbara Armstrong of Chester, W. VA, John D. and Saundra Armstrong of Newark; daughters and sons-in-law, Pamela S. and Tim Roux of Newark, Mary C. and Jim Fortney of Newark; step-son and wife, Lewis C. III, and Rita Huston of Heath; step-daughter and husband, Pamela M. and Neil McKown of Shelby; brother and sister-in-law, Franklin D. and Marilyn Craig of Heath; 15 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Elizabeth, was preceded in death by four sisters and five brothers.
