Leah H. Moss
November 10, 1921 — July 30, 2015
Leah H Moss, age 93, passed away July 30, 2015 at her home in Vero Beach, Florida surrounded by family. She was born on November 10, 1921 in Evansville, Indiana to the late David and Esther Holzman.
A graduate of Bosse High School in Evansville, Leah was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Vero Beach, FL, the Granville Garden Club and the Granville PEO Chapter AB.
Surviving is her sister, Sarah Lee Butler and her husband Murray; Daughter Penny King and her husband Jim of Indian River Shores, FL. her son’s and daughters in law, Rev. David and wife Cedar of Mt Shasta, CA, Phillip of Charlestown SC, Christopher and wife Pam of Centerville OH. Leah is also survived by eight grandchildren: Dr. John Moss and wife Alyssa, Erin Moss and husband Eric Fenner, Gabriel Moss, Kabir Moss and wife Olivia Dinucci , Austin King and wife Dr. Satinik Margaryan, Dr. Ashley King Scheu and husband Timothy, Nellie Moss and Katie Moss. Leah also has six great grandchildren: Sadie, Harper, and Tessa Scheu, Miles and Andre King and Aaron Moss.
In addition to her parents, Leah was preceded in death by her husband James H. Moss who died in 2005.
A family service and celebration of life will be held in Granville OH at a later date.
