Margaret A. Horning (95) born April 13, 1918 of Mohnton, PA, died February 4, 2014 in Newark, OH.
She was a homemaker, hosiery mill worker and an avid and accomplished gardener and loved all of Nature.
She was preceded in death by her husband Paul E. Horning, parents Edwin and Annie Mayer, brother Paul Mayer and sister Mildred M Hill.
Margaret is survived by her son David W Horning (wife Judy) of Millersport, OH, grandchildren Benjamin and Kimberly Horning also in OH, brother Earl Mayer (wife Vera), nephew Kenneth Mayer and niece Kathy Mayer Lilac (husband Tom), all of Mohnton and grand nieces Jennifer Lilac Ulrich and Christina Lilac.
A graveside service will be held in the spring in Mohnton.
