Mary Cox, 88, passed away November 6, 2018 at Kendal at Granville. She was born in Omaha, Nebraska to the late Robert and Frances Jordan. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Radcliffe College. Before moving to Central Ohio in 1992, she was Vice President for Development at Radcliffe College and at Union Theological Seminary in New York City. She also lived and worked in Point Hope, Alaska; Princeton, New Jersey; and Groton, Massachusetts, where her late husband, Rev. Rowland Cox, was Headmaster of Groton School.
Surviving are her daughter Miranda Cox and her husband Edward Foley and grandsons Maxwell and Robert Foley.
A private graveside service will be held at Ascutney Cemetery in Windsor, Vermont.
