N. Jean Hartsock

A graveside service will be held for N. Jean Hartsock, 83, of Granville, at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at Maple Grove Cemetery in Granville with Pastor Bob Long officiating.
Jean died Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at her home surrounded by family. She was born October 30, 1929 in Lancaster, Ohio to the late Wilbert F. and Lillie (Jones) Powell.
A member of Centenary United Methodist Church, Jean was an avid gardener and loved working in her yard. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who took great pride in providing a home for her family.
Surviving are her daughter, Sherry Hartsock of Toccoa, GA; son, Robert Hartsock of WA; grandchildren, Morgan, Nathan, Harmonee, and Gabe; and great-grandchildren, Ava, Olivia, Christopher, Jr., and Erin.
In addition to her parents, Jean was preceded in death by her husband, Casper "Red" Hartsock, who died in 1978; and brother, Raymond Powell.
