A memorial service celebrating the life of Paula A. Hinebaugh, 80, of Granville, will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, March 27, 2022 at First Presbyterian Church, 110 W. Broadway, Granville with Rev. Karen J. Chakoian, as celebrant. A private graveside service will be held at Maple Grove Cemetery in Granville.
Paula passed away Saturday, March 19, 2022, at her home surrounded by family. She was born in Evergreen Park, Illinois to the late Paul and Esma Stove.
A graduate of Ohio Northern University with a degree in education, Paula was a teacher in Westerville Schools and Granville Schools before embarking on her tenure as a long-time substitute teacher locally.
An active member of First Presbyterian Church in Granville for 55 years, Paula’s presence, service, and ministry was shared with many in a variety of roles. She enjoyed walking, hiking, and traveling to National Parks with her best friend and husband of 57 years, Bob. Her unconditional love for her family was exhibited by her championing spirit and dependable nature.
Surviving are her husband, Robert; children and their families; Jeff and Erika Hinebaugh and Hans and Analise, Laura and Peter Igoe and Jack, Elisabeth, and Sadie; and faithful canine, Daisy.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 P.M. Saturday, March 26, 2022 at McPeek-Hoekstra Funeral Home, 133 S. Prospect St., Granville. Online condolences may be expressed at www.mcpeekhoekstra.com.
