A private graveside service will be held for Priscilla J. Kerchner Evans at Maple Grove Cemetery in Granville.
Priscilla passed away December 29, 2017 at the Selma Markowitz Care Center in Newark. She was born in 1945 in Abington, Pennsylvania to the late Joseph W. and Grace M. (Nickerson) Kerchner.
A graduate of Whetstone High School with the class of 1963, Priscilla furthered her education and earned a Master’s Degree in Corrections from Xavier University. She was retired from the State of Ohio Department of Disabilities and was a member of Upper Arlington Lutheran Church.
Priscilla was adventurous, a collector of different items, and enjoyed traveling, most especially annual trips to Nova Scotia. She cherished and valued her friendships.
Surviving are her husband, Robert Evans; daughter, Kara Cook (Martin Cordero); son, Chris MacCannell; and grandson, Grayson Cook.
In addition to her parents, Priscilla was preceded in death by her sister, Lolly Ketchum.
