Raymond F. Funk

A funeral service will be held for Raymond F. Funk, 89, of Granville, on Saturday, August 4, 2018 at 6 P.M. at the McPeek-Hoekstra Funeral Home, 133 S. Prospect St., Granville with Elders John Krumm, Mitchell Krumm, and Glen Funk officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Private interment will be held at Scotts Creek Cemetery in Logan, Ohio.

Raymond passed away Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at Pataskala Oaks Care Center. He was born in Logan, Ohio to the late Frank and Claribel (Carpenter) Funk.

Raymond was a member of Scotts Creek Primitive Baptist Church, attended Logan High School, and retired from the agriculture industry. He was active in 4H and enjoyed gardening, mowing grass, and fishing.

Surviving are his sister, Shirley Funk; sister-in-law, June E. Funk; nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Raymond was preceded in death by his brothers, Earl, Paul, and Charles.
