Robert L Jobe

Robert Lee Jobe (Bobby Brooks), 29, of Pataskala, left us unexpectedly on Saturday, August 1, 2009. He was born February 8, 1980 to Judy and Robert Brooks. He was preceded in death by his beloved grandma, Joann Leonard.

Bobby was previously employed as an auto mechanic. He greatly enjoyed building cars and NASCAR. He will be fondly remembered for his big heart, great sense of humor, and being a loving mentor to his brother. Bobby was great with children, always looking for an adventure, and willing to lend a helping hand.

Bobby will be sadly missed by his wife, Adrienne (Chovan) Jobe; brother, Bryan (Diana) Brooks; mother, Judy Brooks; father, Robert Brooks; grandpa, Elisha (Esther Pennington) Jobe, Jr. and grandpa, John Leonard; aunt, Diane Jobe (Robert Hancock); special uncle, Buddy; father and mother-in-law, Bill and Lynne Chovan; sister-in-law, Shannon Chovan; many more aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Special thanks to aunt, Carol Harne, for all that she has done to help us through this.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, at Hosanna Lutheran Church, 7717 Hazelton-Etna Road S.W., Pataskala, with Rev. Ann Marie Winters officiating.
