Tara Davis

Tara Lindsey (Row) Davis passed away April 28, 2022 at her parents’ home in Granville after a brief battle with cancer.  She was born in Newark, Ohio to Martin and Patricia (Burke) Row.

She is survived by her parents, husband Roger Davis and son Mason (10), parents-in-law Frank and Becky Davis, brother-in-law Andrew Davis (Valerie), and nieces Mia and Emma Davis (Kristina Hahn), and her beloved dog Ripley, all of Logan, Ohio.

Extended family include Michael Burke of Hawaii, Fran Robb and daughters Kathy Howell, Laurie Pitcock, Julie Dickerson, and Mendy McIntire all of Granville, Bernie and Cindy Smith and son Joseph Smith of Indianapolis, and Janis Row of Newark and sons Isaac Row of Hawaii and Christian Row of Newark.  Tara is also survived by numerous other cousins and good friends.  She was preceded in death by grandparents Roger and Betty Burke of Newark and Robert and Myrtle Row of Granville, and uncles Charles Row and Patrick Robb of Granville.

Tara graduated from Granville High School in 1997.  She attended Columbus College of Art and Design and graduated with an art degree from Ohio University in Athens.  Tara worked as a free-lance technical and creative artist, and also expressed her creativity and love of nature through her many artistic pursuits and everyday life.

A private graveside service will be held at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Licking County Humane Society.
