Thomas Rawdon

A private service celebrating the life of Thomas E. Rawdon, 85, of Granville, will be held at Worthington Christian Church.

A retired telecommunications researcher, Tom passed away August 4, 2022 at Licking Memorial Hospital in Newark. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Edwin and Beatrice Rawdon.

A graduate of Hiram College, Tom did his graduate studies at George Washington University. He enjoyed piloting aircraft, was a HAM radio operator, and loved to study physics and astronomy. He cherished traveling with family and will be remembered for his integrity, precision, and love of family.

Surviving are his wife of 62 years, Joan; sons, Mark and Scott; grandsons, Ian A. (Kaitlynn) Rawdon and Trevor Rawdon; and great grandson, Graham.
