A memorial gathering will be held for William L. Frazee, 70, of Granville on Thursday, September 5, 2013 from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the McPeek-Hoekstra Funeral Home, 133 S. Prospect St., in Granville.
William died at home Monday, September 2, 2013 surrounded by family. He was born September 15, 1942 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to the late Albert C. and Lola (Baker) Frazee.
A U.S. Army veteran, Bill was stationed at the Pentagon in Washington D.C.. He later became a computer technician and was employed by Shadyside Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA and then the J.C. Penney Data Center in Columbus, OH where he retired.
Bill will be remembered as a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He enjoyed fishing, traveling, tinkering, working with stained glass, and was an avid Steelers fan. One of his greatest honors and enjoyment in life was the time he spent with his grandson.
Surviving are his wife of 46 years Janet A. (Przybyla) Frazee; son and daughter-in-law, Joseph A. and April Frazee of Heath; and grandson, Justin Frazee.
In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his daughter, Amanda J. Frazee, who died March 16, 1982.
